Remarks：
1. Your delivery will be made to most commercial,
industrial and residential areas in Hong Kong according to the registered
shipping address, except PO boxes and certain restricted areas.
2. The above expected delivery timeline is applicable to
purchase orders complete at or before 4PM. For purchase orders completed
after 4PM, an additional delivery day will be required.
3. Remarks for Using SF Lockers Self-pick Services:
3.1 An SMS notification will be sent by SF Express
after the goods arrived.
3.2 Please collect the goods within specified time upon
receipt of the SMS notification, otherwise extra storage fee might be imposed
by SF Express.
3.3 In case you were not unable to receive the SMS
notification or delivery was delayed due to unavailability of SF lockers,
please visit https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc for more details.
3.4 You can also track the status of
your delivery at https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc or by contacting SF
Express Customer Service Hotline at 2730-0273 for any further inquiry.
1. In case of holidays / peak seasons - Christmas, Easter, Golden Weeks, Chinese New Year etc., delivery may take longer than usual.

An additional 1-2 working days may be required for delivery to the following remote areas, including Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc).
B. International Shipment:
1. We can
arrange shipment for customers with delivery address in a few specified countries, including
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan
for now. The shipment service is only
available for key cities of the above countries. For remote area delivery, please check with
our Customer Representatives cs@bigbuzzshop.com.
2. We offer
two international shipment methods, namely Standard and Express Shipping for
the above countries. It will take 2-5 working
days and 7-14 working days for Express and Standard Shipping respectively. Note: Express Shipping for New Zealand will take
4-7 working days due to freight availability.

C. Custom Products, Pre-order
and Bulk Orders:
All the above shipment arrangements are only applicable for in-stock items. With regards to custom products, pre-order items and bulk orders of over HKD10,000 or equivalent, the expected delivery time will take longer than in-stock items.
